About us
Initially our society was registered as “Corporation of the Catechist Missionaries of Mary Immaculate” in 1936. Later on 28th July 1956 its name was changed as ‘Houses of Mary Immaculate Private Corporation with the approval of the Central Government under section 21 of the Companies Act 1956. On 6th December 1971 the Society was registered as “Nagpur Houses of Mary Immaculate” under the Societies Registration Act. XXI of 1860. Its Reg. No. 777/71

On 6th December the Society, “Nagpur Houses of Mary Immaculate” registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act, XXIX of 1950, at the Public Trusts Registration Office. Registration Number is F-1375(Nagpur) signed by the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Nagpur Region, Nagpur.
